Tony McInerny

Boy’s 14s Head Coach

Tony McInerny was the Head Coach of the Aloha State 14s Boys team this past season.

Tony graduated from Punahou School in 1987 here in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has a wide-range of coaching experience in many different levels including: Intermediate boys, junior varsity girls and varsity girls — all at Punahou school. He then moved onto University Laboratory School where he rounded out yet another coaching stint at La Pietra School as the head of the girl’s volleyball program for six more years.

Tony attended San Diego State University where h was the starting setter for two years. His brother Danny McInerny is also a coach for our boy’s program, along with his nephew DJ McInerny.
